Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We do not accept returns, except in the following cases: You received a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
- To initiate a return for such cases: Email us at support@funkora.in with clear photos of the product and packaging within 3 days of delivery.
Important Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Items purchased on sale, discount or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns will be declined if the product shows signs of use, washing or unreported damage.
- Return requests received after 3 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered, subject to availability, if: The item is defective, damaged or incorrect item was delivered.
Note: We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Return Shipping Instructions
If a return is approved, follow these guidelines based on your location:
Where Reverse Pickup is Available:
- We will schedule the pickup at no additional cost.
- Please do not pay the delivery agent. If you are asked to pay, refuse and inform us immediately.
Where Reverse Pickup is Not Available:
You must send the product via Speed Post to the following address:

- Share the shipping receipt with us. We will reimburse the cost once the item is received and passes quality inspection.
- If the returned product fails inspection (used, washed, damaged), shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds & Processing
We do not issue monetary refunds except in exceptional cases where a replacement is unavailable.
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, we will:
- Ship the replacement product, if available.
- In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund to your original payment method will be processed within 15 business days.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The return was authorised and the product met all return conditions.
- A replacement is not available.
