Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, except in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
In such cases, please email us clear photos of the product at
support@funkora.in within 3 days of delivery.
Important Notes:
- Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Items bought on discount or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the item shows signs of wear, wash or unreported damage, the return or exchange will be declined.
Shipping the Product Back:
In areas where we do not have reverse pickup, you will need to Speed Post the product to the following address:

Share your shipping receipt with us; we will reimburse the cost once the item is received in acceptable condition.
If the returned item shows signs of use, wash or unreported damage, we may withhold reimbursement for the return shipping cost.
Where reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it for you. No charges at pickup - please refuse to pay if asked by the delivery agent.
Refunds & Exchange Process:
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll ship your replacement. However, we do not issue refunds.

Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
