Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timelines
- We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations.
Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared on Email/ SMS/ WhatsApp.

Undeliverable Orders
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, repeated failed attempts or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
- Reshipping can be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
- At present, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon—stay tuned!
